For the second consecutive year, we welcomed Executive MBA students from Oxford’s Saïd Business School, who were interested in learning about our project management model and how the company integrates sustainability into every stage, from exploration to smelting.
During the visit, students discovered the core of Minsur’s management approach. “At our organization, sustainability is more than a relationship with stakeholders; it is what gives life to our purpose,” said Gonzalo Quijandría, our Director of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability.
